New Annual Dues Policy

Everyone should be receiving their Annual Dues Notice in the next week or so. As with prior years, payment is due March 15th. You should also receive a notice of new dues policies that are going in to effect this year:

In prior years homeowners who did not pay on time received multiple late notices before being penalized. This is not fair to the vast majority of homeowners who do pay on time and to our volunteer treasurer who must deal with sending multiple notices.

NO LATE PAYMENTS will be accepted. Going forward, all payments received after March 15th will not be processed and all homeowners who have not paid by March 15th will be turned over to our collections agency.

A $75 fee will be charged on all accounts sent to collections. This is the amount the association must pay to initiate a collections case. Continued non-payment can result in a claim for payment being filed in Small Claims Court or a lien being placed on your property.
