Spring is in the air, finally! As we near the end of winter we have a lot to look back on and to look forward to. First off if you have not paid your annual HOA dues yet, they are due TODAY March 15. Please make payments immediately.
As of late January the board has had a few shifts, and we have brought on a local property management company to assist the board in the day to day nitty gritty work that has to be done. She comes with lots of experience and has already been a huge help to the board. You can find out more information on all of this in our newsletter.
A quick shout out to the team who installed the new bollards in front of the pond at Briar Stone Lane and Meadow Ridge Drive. These new bollards replaced the old original ones that were rotting out and falling apart. Great job!
Save the dates! We are getting close to our annual community egg hunt. This will be on Saturday April 4th, the day before Easter. This will be weather permitting, so keep your fingers crossed that we don’t have to reschedule like last year. We also have not one but TWO community garage sales this year. One in the spring and the other in the fall. Please mark.your calendars accordingly. We would love to have as many participants as possible. You never know when you can find a great deal! These dates are also on the newsletter as well.
