Please fill out this form if you are interested in doing any project that affects the outside of your home or yard (excluding routine landscaping, non-permanent playground equipment, or if you are repainting your home or trim the same exact color it already is).
Please also review the guidelines located on our forms page prior to submitting a request. Please allow 30 days for approval. Approval is good for six (6) months.
