Improvements that require approval:
Decks
- Decks must be wood or wood looking composite can consistent with any applicable permits from the City of Fishers
Fences
- All fences need to be approved. PVC/Chain link fences are NOT allowed. Fences may require a permit from the City subject to easement requirements.
Hot Tubs
- Approval is required for any external hot tub. No approval necessary if it will be kept inside your house.
Lighting
- All external lighting should be approved.
Mailboxes
- Mailboxes are provided by the association — 1 mailbox/post every 5 years is allowed, provided the resident’s dues are current. Mailboxes not provided by the association are subject to Architectural Review.
Painting
- Any exterior painting must be approved, unless it is the same color.
Pools
- Above ground pools are NOT allowed. Pools may require a permit from the City of Fishers.
Shed/Storage Barns:
- ALL sheds must be constructed of wood or wood looking composite and match the color of the home and roof shingles. Sheds may require a permit from the City of Fishers.
Structural Improvements:
- All screened-in porches (built after original construction), roofing and room additions require written approval. Also, any changes in roof lines or other structures such as new windows or doors require approval.

Berkley Grove POA will supply the standard size mailboxes and posts to residents of the neighborhood (one mailbox/post, up to one every five years) free of charge.
You will be responsible for the installation.
Our provider – Mailbox Solutions can be contacted for install or you may do it yourself or hire anyone else you wish.
If you desire a different size mailbox, you must fill out an architectural review form, you will be responsible for the full cost of the mailbox. Any double post must have the same size mailboxes for both boxes. Double posts may not be converted to single posts.
