TOWN HALL MEETING

Our next Town Hall Meeting will be help September 16th from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. at the Fishers Library in the Fishers East Conference Room. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions regarding the proposed Covenant Amendments. You can view a copy of the voting ballot for the proposed amendments below.

NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE

The Berkley Grove Neighborhood Garage Sale for the fall will be September 20 and 21, 8a.m. to 3p.m. The POA will put out signage for the neighborhood sale.

BERKLEY GROVE FALL FESTIVAL & CHILI COOKOFF

Our annual fall festival will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 4p.m. to 7p.m. There will be chili, beer, and activities for the children. There will be prizes for the top chili entries.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN OCTOBER 31st

Come gather with neighbors at the community park from 5p.m. to 6p.m. prior to the start of trick or treating and enjoy a slice of pizza.

There is a lot going on in our neighborhood this spring. Here is a list of upcoming events in Berkley Grove:

Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday, April 20, 2019.

• The egg hunt begins promptly at 3:30p.m. in the Park. There will be three separate age ranges to make sure everyone has a chance to find eggs. In addition there are prizes for the children. Rain date: Saturday, April 27th at 3:30p.m.

Spring Garage Sale – Friday, May 3 & Saturday, May 4, 2019

Spring Fling & Berkley Grove Park Grand Opening – Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. rain or shine.

• Come celebrate the opening of our park’s new playground equipment. We will have activities for children as well as refreshments.

Berkley Grove POA Annual Meeting – Tuesday, May 21, 2019 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m., Fishers City Hall Auditorium

• At this meeting officers will be elected for the next year, the budget will be approved, and we will vote on neighborhood covenants. If you are unable to attend, please fill out and return a ballot that will be mailed to you in the next few weeks.
