The 2019 Annual HOA Meeting for Berkley Grove Property Owners Association will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 7p.m. to 9p.m. in the Fishers City Hall Auditorium. The budget for the year will be approved at that time along with voting in of board members for the next year. There will also be plenty of time for open discussions of any issues residents want to raise so please plan to attend.

The next HOA board meeting will be held Thursday, April 11th at 7p.m. in the upstairs conference room at the Fishers City Hall. This meeting is open to all residents but only board members are allowed to contribute (you are always welcome to join the board or a board committee at any time!)

Republic provides trash services for our neighborhood. They provided us with trash service guidelines, which you can view here. They have also posted a list of recycling days for our community. Recycling will be collected on the following days in 2019:

Also, we have received a lot of inquiries regarding the annual stormwater bills from the city, which saw an increase this year. The city has put out a fact sheet on the increase here:

As a reminder, your Berkley Grove HOA dues cover trash and recycling collection. The City of Fishers covers stormwater, sewers, street maintenance, and snow removal.
