Christmas Decoration Winners 2022

A Big Thank You to all Berkley Grove Residents for the many beautifully decorated homes during the Holiday Season. Judging was difficult, but the winners of the 2022 Holiday Decorating contest were (in no particular order):

  • 7550 Winding Way
  • 7567 Meadow Ridge

Thank you Judges and a special thank you to our volunteers who put up the wonderful lights at our front entrance, Dave Jacocks and Paul Melillo. The neighborhood looked great this holiday season. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

Town Hall Meeting on Rental Restrictions

The Berkley Grove HOA Board has proposed amendments to the neighborhood covenants.  Specifically, the Board has proposed an amendment to the restrictions on the rental of properties in this neighborhood.  In the coming months you will receive ballots to vote on this issue in the mail.  However, before the ballots go out, we’d like to get your feedback on the proposed covenants so we can make sure it meets the needs of our community.

The meeting will take place Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7p.m. at the Delaware Township Community Center, which is located at 9094 East 131st in Fishers (just west of the Nickel Plate Trail).

2022 Fall Festival & Chili Cookoff

Its time for the annual Berkley Grove chili cook off and fall festival. This year’s event will be held October 29th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the neighborhood park. Bring a crock pot of your favorite chili if you’d like to win a prize! Refreshments (including adult beverages) will be provided.

There will also be activities and treats for kids including pumpkin painting. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. Hope to see you there!
