The Berkley Grove annual meeting is one week away, Tuesday the 24th at 7:00pm at the Delaware Township Community Center, 9094 E 131st. At the meeting residents will elect board members and officers for 2023, set the budget and have a chance to ask board members their questions. All residents should plan to attend.

The Berkley Grove HOA Board has proposed amendments to the neighborhood covenants. Specifically, the Board has proposed an amendment to the restrictions on the rental of properties in this neighborhood. In the coming months you will receive ballots to vote on this issue in the mail. However, before the ballots go out, we’d like to get your feedback on the proposed covenants so we can make sure it meets the needs of our community.
The meeting will take place Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7p.m. at the Delaware Township Community Center, which is located at 9094 East 131st in Fishers (just west of the Nickel Plate Trail).
