THIS Saturday! Who’s counting down the days with their kids?

We know the forecast calls for rain, so we will have an update for everyone here if we have to reschedule.

We hope everyone is excited as we are for our annual egg hunt. We are just two weeks away, Saturday April 19, 3:30 – 4:00p at the park. Bring your kids and grandkids for all the fun! See you then.

We have made it through the first quarter of 2025, and finally the cold temperatures are starting to break! Spring is finally here.

In this past quarter we had our annual Berkley Grove HOA meeting, where lots of new ideas and takeaways. We also have a couple of new people switching out on the board as well. First up we have Joe Reedy joining as the VP Community Relations. He has lived here in the neighborhood for over 25 years. He will be your go to for any questions, issues, or uncertainties that may arise within the community, and find the answers for you.

Next we have Donna Szabo, VP Financial Affairs. She will be working alongside Steve Frank (our treasurer) to ensure we are getting our best bang for the buck with everything we do within our community.

Lastly, we have Whitney Brown (myself) who will be handling electronic communications. I will be, hopefully, improving communication to everyone through all our media outlets, and keeping everyone informed about upcoming events and ways you can help within our neighborhood.

Speaking of upcoming events, please mark your calendars for these events happening in April.

• Friday/Saturday April 25-26th the Berkley Grove Community Garage Sale 8a-3:30p

2025 Q1 Newsletter

As a reminder, our annual HOA dues were due on March 15th. Please refer to the newsletter for payment details.
